I can't really say weethhr there were any barriers or not but I can just mention that Wesley Sneijder was ready to move to any club in the world as he did not want to play for Internazionale, especially they were not playing in Champions League but in Europa League only, but Wesley is too ambitious for that. At the same time Inter needed money and seems that Galatasaray just beaten MU's proposition and Sneijder managed to sign contract with Fatih Terim club.
